"Dr. Copeland and his staff were kind, efficient and thorough. We came in for a consultation and my daughter was taken to get xrays and photos taken of her teeth, while I filled out new patient paperwork. As soon as we were done we waited maybe 3 minutes and we were sitting with Dr. Copeland as he went over the treatment plan. He went over the insurance process and cost and answered questions we both had. The entire visit was maybe 20 minutes total, and my daughter is actually excited about getting braces now."
